1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been rendered, processed, or initiated. However, if a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, a full refund will be processed promptly upon verification.

2. Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
